Eligibility for Refund
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Refunds apply to all products unless otherwise noted.
Non-refundable Items
Custom-made products are generally non-refundable, but since all our items are made to order, refunds are still accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@northernsinks.shop with your order number and reason for the refund.
Once we approve the request, we’ll provide instructions for return.
After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
